    Hi, ianallen13 

    Load your Excel file into PBIX, use the merge query, match the case numbers, click OK, and then expand Create Time Column.

ianallen13 , Check the steps in the power query, Are you getting the corrected created date field from the source or not. Or is created in power query.

Ideally if it taking from source unless some step modify it, it should remain same
