Remove conditional formatting for top row

Hi, I would like to remove conditional formatting for the top row. I am checking whether the current month is higher or lower than the previous month. I managed to remove it for Total but was not ab...

Hi, Already have it.

  Var isfilter = ISFILTERED('Calendar'[MonthYear])

Return
