Relationship with two Date Column with Date Table Column
HI,
In my project,
I was working with Two date column ( Date of information received incident and Closed Incident )
1) if i choose Date of information received incident date column for relationship with date table date column.
i received Total count of all the incident i received.
2) but the error im getting is mismatching count between Closed incident and still open incident.
3) same thing happens when im apply Closed incident for common relationship ,
im getting either any of the data mismatching. if possible any ideas ? please help me
Hi Anonymous
You need to add an inactive relationship to join on Closed incident. Then create a measure
CALCULATE(SUM() , UERELATIONSHIP())
If you can give more details or share a Sample, would be better explained

Hi Anonymous
In a table, you can only select one date column to be active with the date column in the date table, and when you select Received Incident Date Column and Date Table Date Column to associate, the other date column is inactive with the date column in the date table, and you can choose to use USERELATIONSHIP() function to active the relationship between other two columns.You can refer to the following link.
