Refreshing R Script on Personal Gateway

Hi 

I have read a lot of similar posts but none really explaining how to set up it properly. I have created a powerBI file which uses R to transform some of its data in the one of the steps. Everything works fine locally but doesn't work once it is published to PowerBI.com for a scheduled update. The error I get is that the extensionDataSourceKind "R" cannot be added to the gateway. 

I have read posts where enterprise gateway doesn't work with scheduled refreshed on R/Python Scripts - So I have installed a personal gateway to the remote server. (The Enterprise Data-Gatway  is also connected to the same remote server.) Both gateways are showing but the R extended datasource is connected to the enterprise data gateway. 

The question is how do I get powerBI to recognize/move the extensionDataSourcedKind under the personal data-gateway or have I got the logic of this completely wrong? If so how should I arranged the set up so that I can schedule refresh on this file on powerBI.com.
