Refreshing error stating that memory is not Enough

Im getting refreshing error stating that there is not enough memory to load the rows.My file size is 208 MB and i cannot figure it out why this is happening every time while refreshing.I have tried refreshing with unticking auto date/time under option but still this error appears.Can someone help me on this?

    Hi Anonymous ,

    You could close other progress  to release more memory to see whether it work or not. Or you could try to use 64 bit version of desktop to see whether it work or not. You could refer to Memory-Issue-when-refreshing-change-source-or-using-template  for details.

      Hello

      The thing is that I have the 64-bit version and my laptop has enough memmory to run this process. I tried to uncheck the automatic date and time as well. But I'm still getting this error.
