Refreshing a data set using Azure Application ID

I have a report which is published out of the Azure log analytics data. I have created an Azure application and granted access to the  Azure log analytics work space.While setting up the data refresh...

    Thanks for the reply.I had gone through the attach link which is setting up the account , I am looking for setting up Azure SPN.
