First, I need help to find out the personal best month of each agent ( Marketing fee and Sales).
Secondly, show it in the below format along with the current month total.
Third, if the current month's sales or marketing fee is higher than the there personal best month it should highlight.

create rank
Rankx(filter(summarize(allselected(Table), Table[Month Year], Table[Agent]), [month year] = max([month year]) , calculate(sum(Table[Marketing fee])),,desc,dense)
you can filter rank =1
