Ranking, equal issue

Hi,

I have a ranking with equals values on 3rd position :

I want to display data in a matrix with categories (code_lib) sort by decreasing @Note
RANKX(VALUES(code[code_lib]), CALCULATE([%code_Year_FR]), , DESCDENSE)

My problem is that position 4 and 5 are hidden. It continues with position 6 category (Engine lack of power) :

  • Hello,

The formula cannot assign different ranks (3,4,5) to the same values.
You can add an index column to the table (in PowerQuery). Then, in the formula for the rank, add to the column for which the rank is index / large number. So the numbers will insignificantly differ and the rank will be in order.

    [your column] + [index]/100000
