Helper IVQuestions about data categories
Can we talk about data categories? I have some questions and I'd like to hear some comments. I don't know where to find powerbi detailed documentation so I'm posting in the forum for answers:

Question 1: What does PowerBI define as "Region?" This is listed as "country/region."
In the US, we have regions like the Washington Capital Area(DC/MD/VA) and I'm wondering how I represent regional spatial data in powerBI.
Question 2: What postal code types are supported in PowerBI? Are they US only?
Question 3: Web and Image URLs? I tried to make this work with image urls in my spreadsheet but when I tried to put them in the card visual, they failed to load. Does any one have a sample of how these two data categories should look in the application?

Question 4: County, can this be applied to show Oblast(Ukraine/Russia) or Prefecture(Chinese)? There basically the same thing but different terms.

Power BI uses Bing to geocode data. So, basically, anything that is supported by Bing geocoding is theoretically supported. However, this also limits you to what Bing considers a country/region, etc. Bing geocoding supports worldwide postal codes. I have successfully gotten Image Urls to load in card visuals, not sure you issue there. Again, with County, it is going to depend on Bing:
