Question about Infocard Visual from Marketplace

Hi,

 

So it says in marketplace that this visual supports tooltip with formatting options but I've tried using it with custom tooltips and it seems to just use the default tooltop no matter what. Has anyone else used this visual and been able to use custom tooltips with it?

    Hi id013,

    I've just had a look and would agree - it certainly doesn't seem to support report page tooltips in the conventional way.

    I'd suggest contacting the developer via the visual's support URL, as they may be able to assist - https://www.inservit.com/pbiviz-infocard/ - unfortunately nothing is mentioned in the user guide on their site re: tooltips either.
