Proficy

Lately I am doing a data analysis project by syncing data from “PROFICY” plant applications into power bi. Furthermore, i found difficulties doing that. what’s the optimal way of syncing data between proficy and power bi ?

    I am connecting by sql server. Furthermore, i keep getting ((We encountered an error while trying to connect.
    Details: "Microsoft SQL: A connection was successfully established
    with the server, but then an error occurred during the login process.
    (provider: SSL Provider, error: 0 - The certificate chain was issued by
    an authority that is not trusted.)"))
