Process Flow

Dear Friends,

Data have itme details table that contain with their Step process MR, RFQ, BID and so on:

i want present visual as shown below, for example for Item1:

 is there any visual/custom visual that help me to short out

    Anonymous Well I used a regular table and some web icons to get the job done, I know its not exact but I had quite a lot of fun trying to find some good symbols, I hope it gets you on your way. You can also use unichar() to get some useful symbols. 

     

    I attached the file your reference too.
