                "CountMRN", COUNT ( 'S P H D'[MRN] )

            [CountMRN], ASC
        ),
        [Week Range]
    )
RETURN
    CALCULATE (
        MIN ( 'DateTable'[N D t W E] ),
        DateTable[Week Range] = temp
    )

This measure calculates the date next to the week range of the min count of MRN.
