Super UserIf you use a custom connector then that needs to be installed on all gateway cluster members.

Administratorwe have done that but our reports connect to a base that is in the cloud there is nothing local more than the pc and odoo api that we connect by url you would be so kind to support us and connect anydesk to our server and show us how there was such a connection

As you can imagine it is nearly impossible to assist with a custom API issue without having access to that API. I don't think I can help further.
