Print value from other table when Date/Time/Header are the same

Hello, 

 

I have two tables with the same dates and times.  I need to calcualte deltas on master controllers against all the node controllers.

 

There is one master for many nodes.  I have a realtionship for the dates/time/master controllers.

 

I'm trying to write a function where for a new column in the node table that;

 

IF (Date/Time/MC) match, it will print the value from the master controller from the given column.
