PowerBI Extension to write "M" Code
Does anyone know of any PowerBI Desktop Extention or an independent IDE/Studio to write M-Code (something similar to DAX Studio)?
I'm looking for something that will allow me to test my code, return output, not just color code my code.
p.s, I'm aware of the Notepadd++ feature at this link, however i'm looking for something interactive where I can test my code and see output.
Any advise greatly apreciated.

Hi , RichFlorida
There are several third-party tools available for writing and testing M code in Power BI Desktop. Some of the popular ones are:
(1)M extension for Visual Studio Code:
Power Query / M Language - Visual Studio Marketplace(2)Power Query Editor for Notepad++:
Get your own Power Query Editor using Notepad++ - Microsoft Power BI Community
(3)Just test in Power Query Editor in Power BI:

Hi , RichFlorida
I'm sorry, but I haven't touched M File Extention yet, but according to my search.
The M File extension for Visual Studio Code is designed to provide syntax highlighting and other features for M-Code, but it does not include debugging capabilities.
But you can also try it in your side!
