Powerapps

Hi, 

I'm currently looking for a way to embed a form of some type so that it users can leave feedback on visualizations. I came across Powerapps but I'm currently using Power BI Desktop with Power BI Report Server. It looks like it's only usable with the power bi service and not power bi desktop? If that's the case is there any idea on when this functionality will be available to power bi desktop\report server? Or if there are any other visualizations that could accomodate the same function in power bi desktop\report server?
