Could you please let me know what is the name of the below visual or how to create it?

Option 1: Use a Custom Visual
You can try the "KPI Ticker" or "Card with States" custom visuals from AppSource. They allow you to:
- Show a title (like "Sustainability")
- Display a value (like alert count)
- Add conditional formatting (e.g., color based on thresholds)
- Include progress bars or status indicators
Just go to the Visualizations pane > Get more visuals > AppSource, and search for:
- "Card with States by OKViz"
- "Bullet Chart"
- "KPI Indicator"
Option 2: Manual Layout with Native Visuals
If you want to build it manually:
- Use a Card visual for the alert count.
- Add a Bar chart or Gauge to simulate the progress bar (e.g., shifts completed).
- Use a Text box for the title ("Sustainability", etc.).
- Group them together using the Selection Pane and Group feature.
It takes a bit more effort, but gives you full control over layout and formatting.

No need to borrow third-party visuals from AppSource. I would recommend you refer to this video from Fernan

It is a KPI-style multi-bar visual, likely a custom or third-party visual used in Power BI, designed to show multiple metrics with alert levels.
This kind of visual is not native to Power BI's default visuals.
