Power BI displays data different than source data?

Hello Everyone,

I could use some help to understand what Power BI is doing to my data. My data souce is SQL Server and I'm in Directy Query mode. Below is a picutre of my data from SQL Server:

The rows are sorted the same and should match, but rows 2, 4, and 9 do not match with the source data. Can anyone please explain what's going on?

Thanks!

  • Hi nleuck ,

Change the Direct Query mode to Import mode to see if the result is the same; perhaps you can check if the data format of the Access_StartTime2 column and the Access_EndTime2 column are the same.

The report needs to be in Direct Query mode, but I did try using Import and got the same results. I don't understand why the data would be different in the first place.

      Thanks,
