power bi data can not refresh

 Good afteroon,

I have a powerbi report linked with Powerbi gateway.

recently my report can not refresh automatically, but the gateway shows the refresh is no issue.

I check my data-set is ok. i can do it open my local desktop powerbi file, refresh and repubish to powerbi service.

After that the website can show the new data.

could you please help to check if anything wrong in my report?

    If your web app data is not refreshed. Please clear browser cache and try once.

      Thanks for your reply, but it seems not linked with the brower itself.

       

      After i republished by local powerbi file, then it can refresh.

        Hi Anonymous , 

         I am not sure whether this occur by accident. I think many factors will cause this problem, schedule timeout, gateway problem, network... You could refresh it manually  and try to see whether it work or not. You also could try to check the gateway log to see whether there is any error information... You could refer to refresh-troubleshooting-refresh-scenarios  for details.
