Power BI - Sharepoint folder
Hi Brianhungary,
Thanks for the additional testing. Since API 14/15, Auto, SharePoint.Contents, and the specific library URL have already been tested, one remaining documented option is to test SharePoint.Contents with Implementation = "2.0". Microsoft documents this implementation for the SharePoint connector. If the same error or an empty result occurs, the current Microsoft documentation does not provide a documented fix for the ExtendedSharePointPermissionOfflineDaysForLibrary error
Power Query SharePoint Folder Connector - Power Query | Microsoft Learn
SharePoint.Contents - PowerQuery M | Microsoft Learn
SharePoint.Files - PowerQuery M | Microsoft Learn
Thank you.
Hello Brianhungary
Try this
Set ApiVersion = 15 (or 14) explicitly on the SharePoint.Files(...) step in the M code.
Uncheck "Extend protection on unencrypted files..." in the library's settings, then reconnect.
Fallback: use SharePoint.Contents(url) instead of the Folder connector.

Hello, Thank you for your answer, I tested the suggestions:
1. ApiVersion:
Auto mode - does not load anything, just open an empty table.
ApiVersion 15: - same error when I use the wizard
ApiVersion 14: does not load anything, just open an empty table again.
2. I navigated to the Sharepoint document settings site, but I could not find the the extend protection function. Could you please help me to describe it ?
3. Fallback. I tried the Sharepoint.Contents(url) function, and it loads an empty table again without error message.
Thank you.
