Possible to allow users to navigate through rows in table visualization using buttons?

I have a simple table visualization with a number of fields dealing with library books. I'd like to offer users the ability to move forward and backward in the table using buttons. Click on row 1, see data about book in card visualization, look for book, click the next button and see data about row 2 in a card visualization, look for book, click next button...etc. The only solution I've conceived of is creating a bookmark for each row while the row is selected. But that's a terrible solution...lol
