Populating dates between text data types

Hey All. I have a SharePoint site that has Start and End dates for migrating applications. The values are not actually date types but have values for start and end dates such as <=2021, 2022 Q4 etc. ...

    Thanks for the reply. How can I use this logic when only have the Year and Quarter values available?
