Hi All,
I have 2 sheets, where,
- The 1st sheet consists of 5 regions and their data
- The 2nd sheet consists of the same 5 regions’ comments + 1 Group comment (Combination of all 5 region is called ‘Group’).
My query here is, if none of the filters are selected, then I would need the Group Comment to be displayed, else, I would need respective regions’ comments.
Could you please help me with this query.

HI Anonymous ,
I think you can add if statement with isfiltered function to check if current row contents has been filtered, then you can return correspond comment based on compare result.
If you still confused to coding formula, please share some sample date for test.Regards,

Unfortunately we dont have access to share or open any mode of transfer.
and we dont have access to send the file through mail as well. This is were i am stuck at.
Do you have any idea what i can do, can i share the screenshot of the sample data?

You can share some sample data with key fields and fake records and stored to excel file, upload these test sample to onedrive or google drive and share link here.
Notice: do not add sensitive or real data to your sample.
