Numeric Range Parameter Using Tabular Editor for DirectLake

You might be able to create a calculated table using the XMLA end point assuming that read/write is enabled (requires premium capacity). The endpoint can be found in workspace settings.
I coudn't fully test it as I am using a developer account and there seems to be no option to enable read/write in capacity settings but this is how it looks when not yet deployed (column is not showing).
Once deployed, you need to modify the Extended Properties of the column so it allows just a single selection only using the slider.
