New Card Visual - Alignment of Reference Label Values

I have a new card visual with reference labels.  I would like to be able to right-align ONLY the values associated with the two reference labels, but there doesn't seem to be a way to do this.  Please add as a user feature request the ability to separately align reference label titles and values.  Thank you.

#New Card Visual #Reference Labels

  • Hi nk685f

You are right, the new Card visual doesn't provide a separate horizontal-alignment setting for the reference label values.

Reference labels -> Layout ->Horizontal alignment applies to the reference-label layout as a whole, and the Title and Value formatting sections don't expose an independent alignment option for the value.

    Possible workaround

Under Reference labels -> Layout, change the Style from List to Table. This places the reference-label titles and values into separate columns, which makes the values line up consistently. You can then use Value area in the same section to adjust the width of the value column.

This is a layout workaround rather than true right-alignment of the value text, so if you need the values right-aligned independently of their titles, that isn't currently available in the Card visual.

This would be a reasonable feature request for Power BI, particularly since the Callout section provides separate alignment controls for its label and value.
