    column = IF(ORDER_DATE>=Rx Direct && ORDER_DATE <= Rx Direct End, "Y", "N")

Use Powerquery and create a custom column. if Order_Date >=Rx Direct and Order_Date <=RX Direct End then "Y" else "N" Take note of the lower case in the if statement.
