My CONTAINSSTRING isn't working

Hi, please help me understand why this isn't working.  Power BI tells me  "cannot find name 'Banner' ".  But it is in my data:

    The quote ("" or 66 99) characters don't look right.

    thank-you HotChilli and olgad you are correct.  I have no idea where I got those quotation marks from.
