Multirow card as a tooltip
Can we use multirow card as an tooltip for blank button or a text inside a text box or image ? when we hover over the text the multi row card tooltips displays.

After my test ,it is not supported yet currently.
You can't create page tooltip for blank button /a text /image ,because there is no field you can specify to apply by dragging them into the Tooltip fields bucket .
You can only create a simple text tooltip .
