    Hello Anonymous 

    My solution would do that because Table3 would be linked to Table1[CASE ID REF] which, in your example would be 1.

Anonymous not very clear hat you are asking in step 2

 

for step 1, just add a new column in Table1

 

Photo Link = RELATED( Table2[Photo Link] )
