    are you able to share your file?  i think the issue here is you have 2 dates, i am assuming one has a primary (active) relationship to the date table and the other has a secondary relationship which is inactive (dotted line)?  can you share how you share a screenshot of your model and how this is linked up.

    in using 2 dates in you will need to activate your secondary relationship by using the userelationship function.
