Missing values on ArcGIS map visual
Hi,
I am facing this weird issue where the ArcGIS map visual seizes to visualize all values upon filtering the data. The visualization is supposed to show the amount of actions in a given address (each address being a dot on the map and the amount of actions is visualized by the size of the dot)
This issue is most noticeable when I filter the data into less than 10 values (from the >300k total datapoints) as the map shows zero dots even though there should still be valid values. And the weirdest part is that if I then switch over to the regular Power BI map visual, every value is shown as expected.
Any help would be greatly apprechiated!

In the end, the issue was that I had unselected the "Show features with no values or out of range", and the default "Size classification" lowest value was at 9. This naturally led to all adresses with less than nine actions to be left out.

Hi WorkaroundLover , you can follow these steps to get the desired results :
1. Fix 1 - Force numeric non-zero bubble size
Create a defensive size measure:Map Size Safe = VAR v = SUM('YourTable'[ActionCount]) RETURN IF( ISBLANK(v) || v <= 0, 1, v )Use Map Size Safe instead of your original size field.
2. FIX 2 — Use Latitude & Longitude onlyCorrect configuration:
Location → Latitude
Location → Longitude
Do not include Address, City, Country together
Also:
Data category:
Latitude → Latitude
Longitude → Longitude
3. FIX 3 — Disable auto aggregationIn ArcGIS visual:
Open Map tools
Turn off:
“Enable clustering”
“Find similar locations”
Set layer to Show individual locations
4. FIX 4 — Remove NULL geography rows upstreamArcGIS fails the entire batch if even one row has missing geo data.
Create a visual-level filter:
Latitude → is not blank
Longitude → is not blank
5. FIX 5 — Reduce address entropyIf using Address:
Create a cleaned address column:
No special characters
No extra commas
No apartment/unit text
