Missing or duplicated data after refresh

Hi guys,

 

I have encountered very strange problem. After I refresh data some information gets missing or duplicated. I have 3 examples:

In the picture below the information is correct:

 

after refresh some data gets duplicated:

then I refresh again and some data gets missing:

Same is happening in both desktop version and Power BI Service (tough way more often in Power BI Service). This happens not only to visuals, if I look in data table in data view  in case data is missing in visual it is not there in data table.

Any ideas why it is happening?

    Hi 193 ，

     

    It is quietly difficult to troubleshoot it with lack of information .Has your underlying data changed?Did you add any filter in query edtior? I suggest you try to open a support ticket. If you have a Pro account it is free. Go to https://support.powerbi.com. Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET".
