Missing categories in chart

Hi there,

I am trying to create a graph showing the sum of one column ('Duration) by another column made up of several categories ('Type').

However, for some reason only two categories of the 'Type' column are showing up when a create a table or graph to display this sum, namely 'Leave' and 'Normal Time'. In the 'Type' column, there are several other categories that are not showing up including 'Call Out/On Break', 'Travel' and 'Overtime'. 

You can see what I mean in the following picture, where the categories 'Call Out/On Break' and 'Travel' are not displayed in the chart.

I would like to know how to get these missing categories to appear in the graph and understand why they are not showing up in the first place when I don't have any filters enabled that I'm aware of.
