Missing "Action" option that's presented in the format section?

Does anyone know of a workaround for the known missing action option that is presented in the format image section? I'm trying to make a button relate to a bookmark I created and there is no action function available as this is a known issue within November 2021 release. Thanks in advance for any help.

    Hi wnicholl 
    Why should you use so old version?
    In any case, you can just create a blank button:

     

    2. Take over your image:

    3. Modify it to take you to the bookmark:

    4.Group it with the image

    Link to a sample file

    Hi Rita,

     

    Thanks for following up. I still don't see the action function that would allow me activate the tooltip. I may have to update to the latest version. I'm just worried that my dashboard would be impcated somehow. Thanks again!!
