    You don't need to minify anything since you can use multi-line string variables in Power Query
    eg

    let
    SourceQuery = "
EVALUATE
'Product Category'",
    result = AnalysisServices.Database("localhost\tab19", "Adventure Works", [Implementation="2.0", Query=SourceQuery])
in
    result
