Can I ask if your data is in the original Excel sheet or from another data source?


Have you tried breaking your data into smaller sections and then importing them into Power BI incrementally? This could help you determine if the volume of data is causing the problem.


You can try storing your files on OneDrive or SharePoint and then using the links to those platforms to import the data instead of the local file path.

 

Or you can also check the version of Power BI Desktop and Excel you're using to make sure you're using the latest version of Power BI Desktop and Excel.Sometimes, newer versions fix some compatibility issues.
