Microsoft O365 usage report OData errors while refresh

We have downloaded the Microsoft 365 usage report from the Power BI service workspace. Now the requirement is to add filters to the same report but while refreshing the data through Power BI desktop using OData we get some errors.

Not sure what it means, the Power BI report in the online also throwing the same error as below -
