merging causes duplicates

what I'm trying to do in end up with the "goal" tab ..which I combined the "ycr" and "integrated" tabs then do a calculation as you can

see the "average " column

in powerbi, when I try to merge using left outer join (merged tab on top , ycr on bottom), then try to

expand the ycr table, I'm getting duplicates in the

integrated table ..eg money market long for August 2021 shows

up 17 times, money market long for September 2021

shows up 17 times etc

if I remove the duplicates , then the same duplication

error occurs with the other table

I've tried adding an index column before expanding the table ...then expand the table ...remove dups in index column...this will indeed get rid of the dups in the "ycr" tab but then introduces dups from the "integrated" tab
