Memory issues during refresh
Hello Friends,
I have two data sets that I am trying to refresh, both are failing due to resource governece; indicating I am running out of memroy. What tool can I use on the desktop to determine how much memory is being used during a refresh?

Update: I found that the two databases have an Artifact size of 1.61GB and 1.32GB does that have any impact?

There is a 1 GB limit per dataset that is imported into Power BI, unless the workspace is in a Power BI Premium capacity. See the Large datasets section of What is Power BI Premium? for details. However, if you choose to keep the Excel experience, instead of importing the data, the limit is 250 MB for the dataset.
So try to reduce the size of your dataset or put the dataset into the premium capacity.
