HI Ritesh_Air,
You can try to use the following measure formulas to get the max sale and the row counts of a specific range based on the target.
Target=0.8 MAX Sales = CALCULATE ( MAX ( 'Table'[Sales] ), FILTER ( ALLSELECTED ( 'Table' ), ROUNDDOWN ( [Rate], 2 ) = [Target]) ) Row counts = CALCULATE ( COUNTROWS ( 'Table' ), FILTER ( ALLSELECTED ( 'Table' ), ROUNDDOWN ( [Rate], 2 ) = [Target] ) )If above not helps, please share some dummy data to test. (your sample file seems expired so I can't access it)

6 years agoWhat determines the order in which the sum is acumulated? Alphabetical, date of transaction, value of the transaction, random?

The sum is accumulated in desc order of sales amount. If you sold the most, you are at the top.
