Max Date Name With Multiple Dates

Hi,

 

I am trying to get the Maximum Full Date Day Name from the Calandar table for the maximum Charge Date 1 within the Charge table.  However there are multiple dates so I guess I need to use UseRelationship however I cannot get this to work.  Below is what I have so far but it return the last date within the calandar table which is not what I want:

Latest Charge Date 1 =
CALCULATE (
MAX ( Calandar[Full Date Day Name Long] ),
LASTDATE ( Charge[Charge Date 1] ),
USERELATIONSHIP ( Charge[Charge Date 1], Calandar[Date] )
)

    How are the tables Calendar and Charge connected?

    Can you post a screenshot of the relationship

      Hi,

       

      There are multiple date columns within the charge table which are connected to the Calandar table.  BillingPeriodFromDate is the active relationship for the purposes of most reporting.  Therefore the relationship between 'Charge'ChargeDate1 and 'Calandar'[Date] needs to be activated.

    Please try to use the aggregation of MAX directly in  Values field:

    If you are still confused about it, please provide me with more details about your table and your problem or share me with your pbix file from your Onedrive for Business after removing sensitive data.
