Matrix visual grids show up randomly

Hi,
I have a couple of matrix visuals on my page. Both the grid lines are set to OFF. But still, when I publish the report random grid lines are showing, in different places when I zoom in/out or if I reload the page. This must be a bug...? I have tried to change them to ON, and the color white with thickness set to 1, but it doesn'e matter. Black grid lines still show up!!

Below you can see the matrix's in Desktop and then how the look in the published report. This really bugs me, is there a fix in newer releases, or is there some kind om work-around?

    Hi jeseng ,

     

    I have seen on some reports I have, and to what I can remember and exchanging experiences with other users this happens sometimes depending on browser you are using, the resolution of the screen, the size of the screen.

     

    You can try and place a message on the issues part of the forum, ussually they respond in a short time.

      Thank you, this might be true, it seems to be more in Firefox and less in Edge (but I dont se it as a solution)...

      I cant seem to find the "the issues part of the forum", could you send me a direct link so I can post a qustion there?
