Matrix Table

I need to create a matrix report, with the following layout..  Can anyone tell me how i can achieve this?

    Hi TechPain ,

    Is the original table like your picture? And you want to get the same output like it, right? If so, I think you could use the visual of table. You can drag the columns into the fields of Rows If you need to implement in matrix.
