Matrix Table Layout

    Hi , ACraig08 

    According to your description, you want to show the Matrix visual like your screenshot and you do not want to show the rows in it .

    Here are the steps you can refer to :
    (1)This is my test data:

    (2)We can put the fields on the Matrix visual and we can close the ”Column SubTotals“ and "Rows SubTotals":

     

    (3)Then we can configure the "Conditional format" for the value.

    Then we can get this Table:

    (4)If you do not need to show the rows , you can close the "Text wrap" in the Format Pane of this visual:

    Then you can drag your mouse to hide the row headers in it:
