I have question. how to use Power BI Line Chart Secondary coordinates???

Actually, there is no Secondary coordinates in power bi Line Chart, you could use Secondary coordinates in Combo chart which has one or two Y axes. Here shows how to use Secondary coordinates.
Line and Stacked Column chart
Line and clustered column chart.
