According to your description, only 1 report has the problem, so i think the problem has nothing to do with the region, like this:

So please refer to the answers:
(Check the data type)

(Check the formula if the data is from a DAX formula.)

I can't reproduce your problem

Maybe you can try to fix the width of the column.
