    New Table =

    ADDCOLUMNS (

        "RANK", RANKX ( FILTER ( Table1, [Store] = EARLIER ( [Store] ) ), [Date],, DESC, DENSE )
    )
RETURN
    FILTER ( temp, [RANK] = 1 )

Can you please let me know the syntax for producing the below new table in DAX? 

 

Using this feature:
