Last update desktop version

Hello!

I installed the latest update after it began to publish the report and as written above the report is published for hours, but if you look at the web version, then the data set is updated. What is the problem ?

    HI Anonymous,

     

    I guess when you are publishing the report from desktop, the report which is on service is still under refresh. Untill that refresh completes, the desktop will be in "Publishing" mode.

     

    Try to publish when the report on service has completed refresh,

    If I understand your scenario correctly that the dataset in Power BI service is updated when you publish it for hours?

     

    What is your data source and how do you connect the data?

     

    Could your describe in more details, so that we can help further investigate on it?

      Hello.

       

      It does not always happen. The data I load locally from files *.сsv without gateway/sharepoint etc.

      Yes, the data set is updated regardless of whether I successfully published the report or not

      Before the publication, I reset the cache. Is this possible porblem in the PC itself? RAM or something...
