Issue with Missing Data in Power BI for Postgres Database on Azure
- 1 year ago
Hi Aasif_Khan ,
You can refer to the official Microsoft documentation on the Power Query PostgreSQL connector below. It explains how Power BI connects to PostgreSQL, how query folding works, and what to check if some records don’t appear as expected:

Run SQL directly in pgAdmin to confirm recent data exists.
Check if Power BI is applying query folding or limiting rows.
Make sure CRS isn’t a view or partitioned table excluding recent data.
Validate time zone alignment in your date filter.
Confirm checkout_date is a proper timestamp field.
Shahid12523 I have checked that, data exist in database, also checked query folding, it's working fine.
I don't think it's a view because I can see the complete data on one of our tool as well.
